In 2002 Andy landed in Toronto with his family, 10 suitcases and a job offer. The job, the car and the house the club had promised were not there. He rebuilt from nothing and went on to coach a semi-professional side.
Twenty years of running his own businesses taught him the same lesson the rugby field did: the best teams don’t need the coach on the ball.
